Plan, direct and coordinate manufacturing processes; develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods. Responsible for the development of new and improved products and processes. Create, maintain, and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions. Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow; design equipment and workspace layout for maximum efficiency. Confer with planning and design staff on product design and tooling to ensure efficiency; work with vendors as needed to determine product specifications and purchase of equipment. Evaluate quality of processes and product as per customer and ISO standards. Apply statistical methods to ensure quality and to estimate current and future manufacturing needs.

Experience in the printing industry is a plus. Leadership ability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must. Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) is preferred.

4-year (Manufacturing/Industrial) Engineering degree plus several years’ related work experience.
